Free 30-minute Mini-Consultation Call
This process is a collaborative one and before we start, it’s important we work out whether we’re the right fit for each other. That’s why I offer a free, no obligation 30-minute mini-Consultation video call. We’ll talk about your health and wellbeing goals and how best we can achieve them.
Health, Diet & Lifestyle Questionnaire
If, after our call, you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll ask you to book and pay for your first session. I’ll then send you a comprehensive questionnaire using a secure link. This covers your health history, current diet, and lifestyle choices.
Programmes
There are two programmes for you to choose from, Reset and Signature.
Reset
This is a self-directed programme, suitable for clients who want a simple, personalised weight loss plan and feel confident they can implement changes on their own. During your 90-minute consultation, we’ll create a food plan and I’ll advise you on nutrition and lifestyle choices. You’ll then receive a report, together with a selection of recipes, which will help you achieve your goal.

Signature
You can choose the silver, gold or platinum Signature package. These 10 week programmes are tailor made and offer a personalised approach to help you achieve your goals.
After each consultation I’ll give you an updated plan, key action points to implement and details about your next consultation. In between sessions, I’ll be on hand to support you via email or secure messaging.

Group Sessions
In addition to my one-to-one programmes, I run regular group sessions throughout the year, on topics such as detoxification, balancing your blood sugar, balancing your hormones, and improving immune function. Clients enrolling for these sessions have the option to join a closed Facebook group, so they can share ideas and experiences with other participants.

Functional Testing
I usually recommend private laboratory functional testing. These tests, although not essential, help provide an insight into what’s going on in your body. The results assist me with supplement recommendations and help you reach your goals more quickly. Tests include male and female hormones, gut health and food intolerance.
